Father's Day Lunch

Just a little something my mum whipped up for Father's Day Sunday Lunch:

Recipe's Coming Soon...

This is a blog devoted to all the food i love to cook, eat and share with my family & friends (or eat by myself while no one is watching! ;) Some of the recipes belong to my mum (my greatest source of inspiration!), some recipe's come from cook books, novels about food, and from well known chefs like Jamie Oliver or Donna Hay - but i'll rarely follow a recipe to the letter, and i don't always have enough patience when it comes to food... but just like the way my mum cooks - i follow my heart and my nose, and it always works out well in the end! :) I believe if you cook from the heart and with love, you just can't go wrong...

Here are a list of recipe's yet to come! They are my Mum's favourite recipes! What a blessed life I have had, fortunate enough to have a mum that cooks so damn well! :) My mission in life is to cook as well as her...I better start practicing!

5. Ricotta Meatballs with Sugo (tomato sauce)
6. Agnello (lamb) with rosemary/white wine sauce (drool)

8. Pasta e Fagioli
9. Pasta al forno
10. Lasagna - my mums way!
11. Gnocchi - no one makes these like my mum!
12. Arancini!!
13. Sweet & Sour Meatballs (a xmas tradition!)
